Tri Training Weeks 7&8
Wow, it is now less than two months away and we’re getting in to some serious training.
Last week was fairly intense- with some longer runs and a very long bike ride. I only swam once and didn’t do the long run on Father’s Day- but otherwise it was a good week.
This week I only skipped one swim, and stuck to the program- it was probably easier since it was a lighter week.
The next few weeks are going to be intense, longer session and I start Brick Training. Yikes. Here we GO!
