Tri Training Weeks 9 & 10
Wow, all I do is workout.
My first heavy training week including brick day was great. I did the long bike and the long run on the weekend and was really looking forward to another week of it, then I got a stomach virus.
I almost made up for the missed workouts over the weekend in NH with my Mom who is training for this too, lots of doubles and a great brick where we ran to a pond, swam it twice and then ran home.
I’m feeling strong, but still nervous about this Tri that is looming!!
