    A new week

    While last week wasn’t the best in terms of sticking to the schedule, I’m confident this upcoming one will be better.  Matt will be heading to work, so I won’t have many excuses to not work out.  I’ll be alone, all day, no one to distract me, and hopefully I can keep to a schedule.

    I kicked it in to gear this weekend, making sure I worked out Friday-Sunday.  It is a good thing since the weekend is when I eat the worst!  Need those workouts to make the food intake not count, as much.

    For my own benefit- here’s what I’d like the week to look like

    Monday- Short Run, Longer Swim mid morning/afternoon

    Tuesday- Weights at home during the day, Spin at night

    Wednesday- Long run with Andrea

    Thursday- Spin and weights at gym

    Friday- Run and Swim

    Saturday- Off

    Sunday- Hour bike (Spin and then stay on bike)

    Let’s see how I do!
